She negotiated and contracted on both homes very capably and knowledgeably. Melissa provided much more than I expected in terms of inspection follow up by contacting roofers for estimates and pricing, ensuring the inspectors provided all information and follow up that was needed when some items were overlooked or unclear, and she even went to the house when the former owners were moving out to ensure that everything was left in good condition.
